Legacy and Love was created to bring thoughtful, relationship-centered in-home support to Michigan families. We understand that care is more than a checklist—it is trust, consistency, and respect for the life each person has built.

Our co-owners bring decades of hands-on healthcare experience across home health, group homes, hospitals, nursing homes, and direct support. Together, they lead with heart, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.

Qunetta Ursery

With 30 years of hands-on healthcare experience, Qunetta brings deep knowledge, skill, and a commitment to exceptional care for every client.

Professional background & certifications

Started in group homes in 1995
Experience supporting people with traumatic brain injury, Alzheimer’s, and dementia
Worked in home health, nursing homes, and hospitals
Skilled Trade Tech with training in wound care and tube feeding
CPR and First Aid trained

Dominique Jelks

Dominique is a compassionate leader with more than 11 years of healthcare experience and a passion for advocacy, quality care, and empowering others.

Began as a Home Health Aide and caregiver
